Gardening season is just around the corner. I don’t know about you but my gardening technique is called “plant and pray”. When you plant your own vegetables, you not only know where they are coming from, but what you put ON them (hopefully not much!).
Gardening is GOOD for you. It gets you out of doors, keeps you active and is a great way to teach your kids where their food comes from and all about the “seasons” of life.

The biggest mistake made by beginning gardeners is starting too big. They are soon overwhelmed by the task, feeling discouraged and guilty. Vegetable gardening should be fun. If it becomes an onerous chore to water, weed, thin and pick, you will probably give up. We all live busy lives.
