NAPPING. Most people view napping as being lazy. But really, it’s one of the best things we can do for ourselves. If you limit your nap to 15 minutes and never go over 20 minutes, you are actually helping yourself maintain good body and mental function.
It might be difficult to incorporate in a busy work day as there isn’t anywhere to lie down. But if you get the opportunity… (I’m thinking weekends) …. you should give yourself permission.
